Not medical advice
The rules of the Candy Fit blog: what we publish, where we get our facts and where our responsibility ends.
General information
The articles on candyfit.me cover exercise, nutrition and recovery for healthy adults. They are not medical advice, a diagnosis or an individual program. Talk to a doctor before you start training if you have:
- chronic conditions of the heart, blood vessels, joints or spine;
- recent injuries or surgery;
- a pregnancy or the first months after giving birth;
- pain, dizziness or breathlessness during exercise.
If you feel sharp pain during an exercise, stop. Pain isn't worth pushing through for the sake of a plan.
Candy and AI
Candy is a virtual character. Her images are created by AI, and the texts are prepared with the help of AI and checked by the editorial team. The illustrations in the articles are not documentary photos.
Sources
The key numbers in our articles (protein, sleep, activity targets) come from open recommendations by the WHO, professional scientific societies and peer-reviewed reviews, with links at the end of each article. Found a mistake? Message us on Telegram and we'll fix the article and note the date of the correction.
Advertising and affiliate links
If an article ever contains an affiliate link to a product, we will mark it as advertising. Which product we mention doesn't depend on whether we have an affiliate program.
